These Terms govern your access to and use of Frontro Live, which is operated by Frontrow, a Wyoming corporation. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
The service
- Frontro Live provides tools to host livestreams, engage audiences, and monetize events.
- Features may change over time. We may update, limit, or discontinue parts of the service with reasonable notice where practicable.
- You are responsible for obtaining any rights needed for content you stream or upload.
YouTube API Services
- Frontro's managed YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel or using YouTube features through Frontro, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Google's collection and use of information is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Frontro's access, use, retention, and deletion of Google user data are described in the Privacy Policy.
- Frontro performs YouTube channel and broadcast actions only after your explicit connection and creator-facing instructions. You are responsible for confirming the selected channel, broadcast, metadata, and visibility before publishing.
- You may stop future Frontro access by disconnecting YouTube in Frontro and by revoking Frontro from the Google Account permissions page.
Fees
- Paid plans and usage-based fees are described on the Pricing page and in your account billing settings.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Disclaimers & liability
- The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent allowed, Frontro’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid to Frontro in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
