Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) describes how Frontro processes personal data on behalf of customers who use Frontro Live as a controller or business.
Roles
- You are the controller (or business) of personal data you collect from your audience and members.
- Frontro acts as a processor (or service provider) when processing that data to provide the service.
Processing instructions
- Frontro processes personal data only to provide Frontro Live, related support, and as otherwise documented in product settings or written instructions you provide.
- We will not process personal data for our own marketing purposes when acting as your processor.
Security
- We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
- Measures include access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and employee confidentiality obligations.
Subprocessors
- We may engage subprocessors to help deliver the service. We remain responsible for their performance and require appropriate data protection terms.
- A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
International transfers
- Where personal data is transferred internationally, Frontro uses appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
Assistance & deletion
- We will reasonably assist with data subject requests, security incidents, and deletion or return of personal data at the end of the service relationship, subject to legal retention requirements.
