Account & Data Deletion

You can disconnect Google Calendar or a connected social account, request deletion of your Frontro account, or do both. Never send a password, access token, stream key, or provider credential with a deletion request.

Disconnect Google Calendar or a social platform

  • Open the integrations settings in the Frontro creator app, choose Google Calendar or the connected social provider, and select Disconnect. Frontro removes the stored authorization used for that connection and stops future API access.
  • For immediate Google revocation, open the Google Account permissions page and revoke Frontro; this stops the Calendar and YouTube access granted through that Google account. For another provider, use that provider's security or connected-app settings. Provider-side content remains under that provider's controls and retention policy.

Delete your Frontro account

  • Before deleting your Frontro account, disconnect Google Calendar and every social provider in Frontro, then revoke Frontro in each provider's connected-app settings. Account deletion by itself may not invalidate provider-side access.
  • After disconnecting providers, use the account-deletion control in your Frontro account settings when it is available to you.
  • If you cannot sign in, submit a request through the Contact page using the email address associated with your account. Choose the Legal topic, ask for a Frontro account deletion, and include only the information needed to identify the account. We may ask you to verify ownership before acting.

What deletion covers

  • Frontro processes account data for deletion or de-identification within a reasonable time, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, billing, and backup-retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy. Frontro deletes or de-identifies Frontro-held Google Calendar and YouTube API data within 30 days after a verified deletion request, disconnection, or when Frontro can no longer verify a valid authorization, subject to those limited exceptions.
  • Use the separate disconnect and provider-revocation steps above to remove connected-provider authorization immediately.
  • Deleting Frontro data does not automatically delete Calendar events or attendee data held by Google, or broadcasts, comments, analytics, or account data held by YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, Twitch, or another third party. Use that provider's deletion controls for provider-held data.
