Frontro SMS Programs
Last updated August 31, 2026
Frontro is operated by Frontrow, a Wyoming corporation (“Frontro”, “we”, “us”, “our”). Frontro offers transactional SMS programs for login verification, Frontro Live event creation, and recipient-owned event invitations, plus a separate, optional marketing SMS program. This page explains how each program works, how you consent to messages, and how to get help or stop messages. Consent to one program does not authorize messages from another program.
SMS login verification
- Frontro SMS Login Verification sends a one-time login passcode by text message so that you can verify your phone number and sign in.
- You opt in to receive a login passcode each time you choose to sign in with your phone number in the Frontro app: choose to sign in with your phone, enter your mobile phone number, and select “Text me a code.” Submitting your number is your request for, and consent to receive, a one-time login passcode from Frontro at that number.
- A typical login message reads: “Your Frontro login code is 123456. Do not share this.”
Frontro Live event creation
- The Frontro Live SMS program lets eligible Frontro creators create a public meeting by texting commands to +1 (385) 336-0654. After you opt in during creator signup, Frontro sends one setup message. After that, messages are sent in response to commands that you initiate, including LIVE, /LIVE, HELP, START, and STOP.
- You may also add the Frontro Live number to a supported group text. The Frontro creator who sends a LIVE or /LIVE command is the person who creates the public meeting. Other people in the group are not enrolled in the Frontro Live SMS program merely because they participate in the conversation.
- How creators opt in: visit the Frontro creator signup page at creator.frontro.com/signup, enter your mobile number and request a verification code, enter the code sent to your phone to verify that you control the number, then select the separate, unchecked consent box labeled “Yes, text me Frontro Live setup and event-creation messages at the number provided. Message frequency varies based on my activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.” and create your Frontro channel.
- The SMS consent box is separate from the age and legal-terms agreement. Consent applies only to transactional Frontro Live setup and event-creation messages and is not consent to receive marketing messages.
- Typical Frontro Live messages include: “Frontro: You're ready. Text LIVE [title] or /LIVE [title] to create a public meeting. Add this number to a group and the sender creates it. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”, “Frontro created ‘Weekly update’ for @creator: https://samplecreator.frontro.com/live/example-event”, and “Frontro help: text LIVE [title] or /LIVE [title] to create a public meeting. If you manage multiple channels, add @channel after LIVE or /LIVE. Reply STOP to opt out or START to opt back in.”
Frontro Live event invitations
- Recipients opt in through the public form on this page by entering their own US mobile phone number and affirmatively selecting the separate, unchecked invitation-SMS consent box. Frontro sends a one-time verification code that the recipient must enter to prove control of the number before checked consent is recorded. The form can be submitted without checking the box; an unchecked submission records no SMS consent.
- The consent box states: “By providing my phone number and checking this box, I agree to receive transactional Frontro Live event invitation texts from Frontro. Message frequency varies based on invitations sent to me. Standard Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Frontro will not share my mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.”
- After checked consent is submitted, Frontro records the phone number, consent version, timestamp, source page, and privacy-preserving request evidence. A Frontro host may then send a single invitation for a specific event. Frontro does not use purchased or shared recipient lists and does not treat invitation consent as marketing consent.
- A typical invitation reads: “Frontro: You're invited to Weekly Update. Join: https://samplecreator.frontro.com/live/example-event Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.”
Optional SMS marketing
- During Frontro creator phone signup at creator.frontro.com/signup, you can separately opt in to recurring marketing text messages by selecting the optional, unchecked SMS marketing consent box before you create your channel. This box is distinct from the unchecked Frontro Live transactional SMS consent box. Marketing messages may include product updates and special offers. Transactional login or Frontro Live consent does not enroll you in SMS marketing.
- The SMS marketing consent box is labeled: “Yes, I agree to receive up to 4 recurring marketing text messages per month from Frontro at the number provided, including product updates and special offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.”
- A typical marketing message reads: “Frontro: New creator tools are available for your next Frontro Live. Learn more: https://frontro.com. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.”
Message frequency
- Login verification generally sends one message per sign-in request. Frontro Live event creation sends one setup message after enrollment, followed by messages only when you initiate supported commands. Frontro Live event invitations are sent only when a host invites you to a specific event after you record recipient-owned consent on this page. SMS marketing sends up to 4 messages per month after separate opt-in.
Cost
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Frontro does not charge you for these messages.
Get help
- Reply HELP to the number that sent the message for assistance. For Frontro Live help, reply HELP to +1 (385) 336-0654. You may also email us at legal@frontrow.cc.
Stop messages
- Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out of that SMS program. Reply STOP to +1 (385) 336-0654 to opt out of Frontro Live messages. Reply START to opt back in. You can stop login verification messages by not requesting another login code; carrier-level STOP handling may also prevent messages from the sending number until you opt back in.
Privacy and terms
- We use your mobile number and the consent recorded for each program to provide the SMS messages described above. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. For more information, review our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
