Privacy Policy
Last updated August 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Frontro collects, uses, and shares information when you use Frontro Live and related services.
Information we collect
- Account information such as name, email address, and profile details you provide when you sign up.
- Usage data including device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and interactions within livestreams.
- Payment and billing details processed by our payment partners when you purchase a plan or tickets.
- Content you upload or stream, including chat messages, products, and media associated with your events.
How we use information
- To operate, maintain, and improve Frontro Live, including hosting events and enabling audience engagement.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
- To send service-related communications such as security alerts, billing notices, and operational notices about services you use.
- To personalize experiences and analyze product performance in aggregate form.
Sharing
- We share information with service providers who help us host infrastructure, process payments, and deliver support — under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition.
- We do not sell personal information.
Connected social-platform data
- When you choose to connect a social platform, Frontro may receive the account or channel identity, authorization tokens, broadcast configuration and status, viewer counts, comments, and other data needed for the specific creator-facing feature you enable.
- Frontro uses YouTube API Services only after a creator explicitly connects a YouTube channel. Frontro uses the connected channel identity and authorization to list, create, select, bind, update, start, stop, and monitor YouTube Live broadcasts and streams for the creator's Frontro Live events, and to display broadcast status and concurrent viewer counts back to that creator.
- Frontro uses connected-platform data only to provide or improve the integration you request, keep it secure, provide support, and comply with law. We do not sell connected-platform data or use it for advertising.
- Google user data is handled in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Frontro limits use and transfer of Google user data to the visible features you request and the permitted security, support, service-provider, and legal purposes required to operate them. Google's own handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Frontro retains YouTube authorization tokens and associated YouTube API data only for as long as needed to operate the connection you requested. Disconnecting YouTube removes Frontro's stored authorization and stops future API access. After a verified deletion request, or when Frontro can no longer verify a valid authorization, Frontro deletes or de-identifies the associated Frontro-held YouTube API data within 30 days, except for limited records that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or isolated backup purposes.
- You can disconnect a provider in Frontro creator settings. For YouTube, you can also revoke Frontro from the Google Account permissions page. Provider-side content and retention remain subject to that provider's policies.
Connected Google Calendar data
- When a creator connects Google Calendar or installs the Frontro Live Calendar add-on, Frontro may receive the connected Google account identity, encrypted authorization credentials, Calendar event identifiers and metadata, organizer information, attendee names, email addresses and response status, recurring-event information, and Frontro conference details needed to provide the integration.
- Frontro uses this data only to let the creator create or reuse a Frontro Live conference from a Calendar event, synchronize relevant event and attendee changes, display connection status, recover from interrupted operations, secure the integration, and provide support. Frontro does not sell Google Calendar data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.
- Frontro requests only the Google Calendar access needed for the visible features the user initiates. Frontro handles Google user data in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements, and shares it only with service providers needed to operate Frontro under confidentiality obligations or when required for security, support, or law.
- Frontro retains encrypted authorization credentials and associated Calendar integration records only while needed to operate the connected integration. Disconnecting Calendar or revoking Frontro from Google Account permissions stops future Google API access. After a verified deletion request, disconnection, or loss of valid authorization, Frontro deletes or de-identifies Frontro-held Calendar API data within 30 days, except for limited security, fraud-prevention, legal, or isolated-backup records.
- Disconnecting Frontro does not delete events or data retained by Google. Users can manage or delete that content directly in Google Calendar and may request deletion of Frontro-held integration data through the Frontro Contact or Account Deletion pages.
Connected AI assistant data
- When you connect Frontro to ChatGPT or another supported AI assistant, Frontro receives the delegated account and channel identifiers, the permissions you approve, tool requests needed to carry out your instructions, and task-specific data such as channel, event, meeting, attendee, and connected-provider details.
- Frontro uses this data only to authenticate the connection, show the Frontro information you request, create or start Frontro events and meetings, invite attendees after confirmation, prevent duplicate writes, secure and audit the integration, and provide support. Frontro does not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models.
- Frontro returns only task-relevant results to the AI assistant you chose. Those results may include event details, unlisted share links, attendee invitation outcomes, and connected-provider status. The AI provider processes information it receives under its own terms and privacy policy. Frontro also shares integration data with service providers needed to operate Frontro under confidentiality obligations or when required for security, support, or law.
- Frontro access tokens expire after 15 minutes and refresh tokens expire after 30 days. Disconnecting the AI assistant in Frontro immediately revokes its active Frontro grants and tokens. Frontro retains limited authorization, security-audit, and retry-prevention records for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and legal compliance, subject to the account-deletion and legal-retention controls described in this policy.
- You can review and disconnect AI-assistant connections in Frontro creator settings. You may also request access to or deletion of Frontro-held integration data through the Frontro Contact or Account Deletion pages. Disconnecting Frontro does not delete conversation data retained by the AI provider; use that provider's privacy and deletion controls for provider-held data.
Slack integration data
- When a workspace installs Frontro Live for Slack, Frontro stores the Slack workspace, app, bot, installer, and granted-scope identifiers together with an encrypted bot authorization token. When someone invokes /live, Frontro receives the Slack workspace and user identifiers, display name, command text, channel context, and a temporary response URL needed to create the requested room and reply in Slack.
- Frontro uses this data only to authenticate the installation, link the workspace to a Frontro creator account, create the requested live room, return its join link, secure and support the integration, and send a configured operational notification. Frontro does not read Slack message history or files, sell Slack data, use Slack data for advertising, or use Slack data to train artificial-intelligence models.
- Slack installation and workspace-link records remain active while the integration is connected. Frontro deactivates them when Slack reports that the app was uninstalled or its bot authorization was revoked. You may also request deletion of Frontro-held Slack data through the Account deletion or Contact pages, subject to limited security, legal, and backup retention requirements.
SMS communications
- Frontro offers transactional SMS programs for login verification and Frontro Live event creation, described in full at the SMS Programs page. Frontro may also offer a separate, optional marketing SMS program for product updates and special offers. Transactional SMS consent does not authorize marketing messages.
- Message frequency varies based on your activity: login verification generally sends one message per sign-in request, and Frontro Live sends one setup message after enrollment followed by messages only when you initiate a supported command.
- If you separately opt in to SMS marketing, Frontro may send up to 4 recurring marketing text messages per month. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time.
- Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
- Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
- You can reply STOP to opt out of messages from the applicable SMS program at any time, or reply HELP for assistance.
Your choices
- You may update account details, request access or deletion, and manage marketing preferences from your account settings or by contacting us.
- Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Contact
- Frontro is operated by Frontrow, a Wyoming corporation. Privacy and deletion questions may be submitted through the Contact page.
