Frontro Privacy Policy

Frontro (Frontro, we, us, our) is Frontro D (the Service).

We work with various third party service providers, including FrontRow, a Wyoming corporation. These service providers (as defined below) are considered part of “we” “us” and “our”.

In order to interact with our audience, we have created an online community (Community) to have discussions, share content, courses, ideas, and merchandise (collectively Data) with people and companies that join (Members) or follow our Community. Members and those who access a Community or the Service shall be collectively referred to as Users.

In providing the Service, we collect information from Users, including the content, videos, communications, Contact Information (defined below), they share on the Service (Data).

This Privacy Policy (this Privacy Policy) explains how we collect Data from Users and how we use and share that Data to create a customized experience for all Users.

By using the Service, whether as a Member, or other User, you (you, your) agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy, as well as our Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy, as well as our other policies – found at https://nugs.frontrow.cc/privacy (“Policies”) (collectively Policies) – from time to time without giving advance notice.

If we change our Privacy Policy in a way that substantially lessens our commitments to you, we will provide notice to your registered email address.

If you do not want us to use or, where applicable share, your Data, as set forth in this Privacy Policy, you should not use our Service.

1. Data Retention

If you create an account with us (Account), we reserve the right to retain your Data as long as you maintain an Account (as defined in our Terms of Service) with us.

When you close or delete your Account, we will delete all your Data, including any videos or other content, within a reasonable time.

We may retain your Data for any lawful business purposes.

We will retain deleted Data, such as videos or other content, for a short period after deletion.

We do this in the event the Data was removed by accident and you would like to reverse the deletion.

If you have made your Data publicly available, it may be discoverable by search engines.

We have no control over the sharing of your Data over search engines and it may remain discoverable by those search engines for a time or indefinitely.

2. Data Protection

We employ various standard means to protect your Data from unauthorized access, misuse or loss.

These means include encryption, pseudonymization, and aggregation.

Regardless of the means we have in place to protect your Data, no network, email, or online transmission is completely secure and foolproof.

Accordingly, you share your Data at your own risk and should be careful what Data you decide to share and to protect your Data.

You have the right to decide what Data to provide us and how your Data is used. These choices include the following:

  1. You may open or close an Account.

  2. When you create an Account, you may also have the option of creating a profile of you (Profile). You may choose not to provide certain optional information requested during the Account or Profile creation process. Failure to provide mandatory information (like your name and email address) would prevent you from creating an Account.

  3. You may choose not to participate in our Community or to share any information in our Community.

  4. You may change or correct any Data you provide to us.

  5. If you have access to post videos or other content, you can choose to post or take down your videos or content.

  6. You can limit the use of Cookies (as defined below).

  7. You can change your privacy settings.

4. Opt Out

To enhance your experience on our Service and to provide you with materials and services that may interest you, we, and the vendors and Service Providers (as defined below) we work with, may send you marketing emails or messages.

You may opt out of these email messages by clicking on the opt out link at the bottom of the message.

5. Automatic Decision-Making

If you are a resident of the EEA, you have the right to object to processing based solely on automated decision-making (which includes profiling), when that decision-making has a legal effect on you or otherwise significantly affects you.

We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that has a legal or otherwise significant effect using User Data.

If you have a dispute with us or a Member regarding your Data (Member Disputes), you should contact us or that Member directly.

Member Disputes are private and we cannot control all interactions between Members.

However, if you believe that a Member has violated your privacy rights you should contact us.

7. Other Users’ Data

By using the Service, you agree that when you come in contact with other Users’ Data, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and any Applicable Laws (as defined in the Data Protection Addendum).

8. Data Collection

User Data is collected and used in various ways, depending on an individual User’s plan (Plan), how they gain access to the Service, and what information they share.

We collect Data in the following ways:

a) Data you provide to us

b) Data we capture

c) Data collected by third parties.

9. Data You Provide to Us

When you create an Account, you may provide:

  1. Name, Email Address, and Contact Information (Contact Information): Required to set up an Account. We may also request other contact information, like a valid mailing address.

  2. Financial Information: Credit card or payment information to process purchases.

  3. Profile: Information like bio and interests. Privacy settings determine visibility.

  4. Privacy Choices: Adjustable within your Account settings.

  5. User Activity: Community interactions, comments, and posts may become public.

  6. Capture Forms: You may submit Data through capture forms on the platform.

When you use our Service, we collect certain information automatically (e.g., location via IP, pages visited, device type, time on site, etc.).

This helps us understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
